The CoreCare Posture Corrector is easy to adjust and pull your shoulders back slightly to help your spine remain upright and natural. The vests are made from breathable fabric and have Velcro straps so you feel comfortable wearing them under items of clothing.
In this review, I’ll be sharing my experience with the CoreCare Posture Corrector and my conclusion.

My Experience Using CoreCare Posture Corrector
I had no idea it would be so comfortable until I first wore it. I imagined it would be stiff and uncomfortable, but it proved to be comfortable and supportive.
First of, it gently brings your shoulders back, something I was not used to because I had slouched often. I only used it for half an hour each day, just as directed.
There was some muscle discomfort in my shoulders, but nothing unpleasant. I just hadn’t used those muscles in a while. I was now used to keeping my shoulders in a back position.
For an hour at a time, I would wear my colour-changing glasses during work and when I stopped, I realized I was now noticing my mistakes. My upper back felt much better at the end of the day too.
It’s not something I need every single day now. I use it occasionally to help my body maintain the best posture. I started to notice my posture because of the programme which is key to overcoming these problems.
Conclusion:
If you are in the same boat as me, constantly hunched over or on your phone, you should give the CoreCare Posture Corrector a try. I didn’t become perfect overnight, but it helped me notice my shoddy posture and made my usual shoulder and back pain less frequent. You can wear it everyday, it’s not costly and you can put it on under your clothes if you have to.
Keep practising, stay patient and use it to help you get into good habits. You’ll appreciate your back when it’s not sore.
