I Tried The MosqiShock Mosquito Lamp
I bought the MosqiShock Mosquito Lamp in the hope that it would keep me safe from mosquitoes and save me from having to apply repellent every night. However, the product didn’t change things as much as I wished it would.
The device is very stylish and takes just a moment to set it up. Once you hook it up, mechanvine automatically takes care of the rest. At first, I kind of liked the sound it made when it zapped something, but then realised it barely ever zapped anything.
There were a couple of smashed bugs in the trap in the morning, but it did not seem to do much to help with the problem. It’s important to know that the UV light’s range is short, so mosquitoes will only be drawn from a small distance. If the insects does not come close, it shows that they have no interest in it.
It does not make any noise, gives off no smells, and is safe for all your pets. But for effectiveness? I wouldn’t say it is a miracle, but it is more like satisfactory for me.
You might want to consider this if you find only a few insect now and then, and want a non-toxic pest control.
Conclusion:
The MosqiShock Mosquito Lamp is a good device that comes with a quiet design and non toxic pest control as well as safe for pet. However, the downsides of this product requires further improvement on its range and effectiveness. Until it is done, it would be suggested not to have a high expectation on the MosqiShock Mosquito Zap for dramatic reduction.
